Resumen:

This paper addresses the problem of surveillance of a confined area using an unmanned aerial vehicle with four rotors. The properties of chaotic systems have been exploited to design an unpredictable velocity profile for the quadrotor. To maintain the quadrotor within the area of interest, the mirror mapping approach is used. On the other hand, to guarantee velocity tracking a nonlinear velocity and attitude control laws are proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed surveillance approach is validated by numerical results. Finally, we present simulation results to show the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The numerical results were carried out on Matlab software and its Simulink tool. © 2021 IEEE.
