Resumen:

In this work, the problem of stabilizing, about of a (possibly open-loop unstable) steady-state profile and through feedback control, a class of semilinear parabolic partial differential equations with collocated sensor and actuator setup is addressed. First, a state-feedback controller is build through an extension to the infinite-dimensional case of the notion of passivity for finite-dimensional systems. The stability analysis of the zero dynamics is carried out using by Lyapunov and modal techniques. Then the output-feedback version of the controller is constructed by combining the state-feedback controller with a pointwise measurement injection observer. The performance of the approach is illustrated with numerical simulations. © 2019 IEEE.
