Resumen:

This paper specializes on a wireless and real time photovoltaic power monitoring system, consisting of portable photovoltaic devices with the purpose of measuring and collecting data of the generated power. The development of this application is focused on educational and technical purposes. For this, an embedded platform based on Arduino is in charge of data acquisition, which are wirelessly streamed by a Bluetooth communication protocol. Then, a LabVIEW-based interface displays the real time monitoring for currents, voltages and generated power per device. This is helpful for analyzing the capacity of generating electricity by solar irradiance at a very low cost. © 2018 IEEE.
